Getting ready to order a new F150. Does anyone have the new Backup package? I can't backup worth a crap. Wanting to tow a 35ft. TT @6700lbs. I did find one right up by Ford that stated "up to a 33 ft" trailer can use Pro Backup. Dealer has no idea either. The think that bothers me is all the pics show the system being used with a boat, ect., not a TT..
I'm hoping someone here has an idea...

I've tried mine out with plenty of space all around. Works great with a 25' trailer. Best to have a spotter, though. Easy to get overconfident and not pay attention to where the front end of the truck is headed, etc. When you use a spotter, I've found it is best to get on the cell phones (hands free in the truck).

 

Keep in mind that the Pro Backup option can't see behind the trailer. So while it puts it where you want it, you have to make sure you don't run over anything (or almost put the truck in a ditch as was mentioned on another thread).
