Default 2016 bed sag

I know this has probably been beat to death on here....

I have a 2016 Ford F150 FX4. The truck has an ARE bed topper and bed is lined also. I notice significant rear end "sag" when hauling items in the bed of the truck. I occasionally will haul (10) 50lb feed bags and other items. I also tow a 20 foot bass boat but don't notice much sag during towing the boat.

I do not want to mess with the air bag option as the hauling in the bed is sporadic and usually spur of the moment not to mention expensive!

Options that I see;

StableLoad - Lower Overload - A7310

Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System

Bilstein shocks

Helper springs

What do you all recommend?

Replace the rear shocks first...
