They're the same thing with different names (branded differently by manufacturers depending on intended use)

I was going to suggest the same...then reread the OP.

I would bet it's front only.


Aren't the electrical E-brakes controlled by little motors on the brake caliper??? You could look at the front and rear calipers and see what the differences are. IDK, might work.

indeed, Tasca lists an electric park brake motor.

It looks to only be on the rear. But it will look like a little starter motor hanging off the inside of the caliper.

Looking at this from a different angle. If the ramp is slick enough that the rear tires wont hold it in place on a RWD truck, it will be too slick to be able to move it off the ramp when the front brakes are disengaged, so you wind up in the same boat, truck slipping backwards on the ramp.
