We've got user tagging working as it should have been in the first place.

Now you can tag users simply by using the @ symbol, as the digital kingdom intended. Using the @ symbol and starting to type out another user's username will bring up a drop-down menu for you to choose the username from, on both desktop and mobile devices.

I'm going to tag @Lenn here as an example.

If you are tagged by another user, you will receive a PM with a link to the post you've been tagged in, so you can easily join in on the conversation (or ignore it) as you see fit.

 

@IB Jose How about fixing it so the photos work on the Iphones and in the App

I have seen people saying they look like carp ... @Tejasandre



and another saying they look like Legos..

 

We are actively trying to work on the photos issue on mobile devices. The App.... I honestly recommend moving off of it onto the mobile template instead. It's much, much better than the app even wishes it could be.

(minus push notifications, but we're also working on that)

 

@IB Jose I also notice the new buttons "New Thread" "Reply" and "Subscribe" I like this update so far! Were there any other changes with this update?

 

Just the minor style updates, user tagging, and an updated style for the Mobile view, so that it's a little bit easier to get around.

 

For a while Firefox was broken, quotes and replies were not usable, but looks good now. @johnday you're it!
