Where is the spacer that actually levels the truck? Yellow portion maybe?

I have no idea. I think the yellow is a bump stop. I haven't gotten to look at them too close yet. Got some homework I need to knock out. It'd be helpful if I could compare it side by side to a stock one but won't have time to pull a front strut till probably the weekend.

Understandable. Well, I got on the great google machine and this is what I found. These are the quick lift loaded for 04-08 F150:

The red portion at the bottom is what levels out the front end. Mine didn't have that. I am starting to wonder if the front struts on mine aren't the right ones for my truck.

Looks like your spacer is just black. I will have to get under my truck and poke around some more. May just be that having 35"s in the rear on stock suspension is pushing my *** end up and putting weight on the front.

Mine is black. I saw that on mine but hadn't seen a stock front strut so wasn't sure if that was stock or if it was the spacer. I bought mine per Rancho's site part number lookup for leveling the truck.

Truck went into the shop today. About an hour later I received a call. Turns out the quicklift loaded struts on mine are shot to ****. Have to get all new struts. Price just went from 750 to 1140. It will be coming back with new monroe struts, 3" procomp level, procomp rear shocks. Now I will just have to wait until Monday to pick it up. You know, payday!

Explains why it wasn't sitting level now! I just got all mine on this morning. Sits about the same height as my old stuff. I'll post pics later. Hopefully it all works out!

Love the toys. They perform decently and they look mean as hell. They don't make much road noise but you can feel them when driving on asphalt. Nothing like you would with say... mud grapples or anything. But its enough to tell that you are riding on an offload tire. Took them through a little bit of mud after I bought the truck. They didn't clog up and they held their own. I don't think it was deep enough to really test their limits though. I plan on doing that once it comes back from the shop.

Finally have my baby back from the shop! No more fender rub. Now just have to take her out and get dirty!
