Haha. I want to blow more, but I also want to get my house looking the way I want (within reason as it's only a rental). I heard a cammed Camaro tonight though, and when/if I eventually buy a supercharger I want to get the heads ported and polished, and install a stage 2 supercharger cam from comp cams... I'd be at like $12,000 all said and done, but it'd sound awesome, and be fast as hell.

Different strokes for different folks. While not exactly a drop in the bucket... 12k for a very quick, responsive truck is not bad. Certainly I would do it, am doing it. Some mod to the end, others see fit to buy an older model mustang etc...... lol different strokes. Nothing wrong with either until you try to impress your opinions on to others as to what they should/shouldn't do.

Sure, on the stock block...but whom in there right mind would mod past what the stock block can support. Besides, he has a 5.0, that block is capable of a bit more than the stock eco.....Like you mentioned....look at what the 5.0 Mustangs are holding on stock block. IF you were talking specifically to me....I dont have a boat nor do I tow. I do have money and common sense so I know better than to fully mod and expect this block to not pop a window and show me a rod...lol. I have already planned for that elimination.

Lol. Reliability be damned! It'd be awesome, and the sound would be like hell was unleashed. Haha.
In other news, just got the call from Discount that my wheels came in. I'm trying to figure out how I can get them put on today.
