I was having issues with having to continually connect my iPod anytime I turned off the truck. Then my iPhone wouldn’t connect to the sync Bluetooth. I had the Ford service check it out numerous times and after this last time sync stopped working completely. The service manager reported a bad sync module and that my battery had a dead cell and needed replaced. Then he said the dead cell could have caused the sync issues. Any truth to this.
