Hello!
I’ll start a build thread even though I’m well into my 2019 3.5 buildup. I still have a lot I want to do and also share experiences with others I’ve gone through with this build. Still want Upgrade brakes, many cosmetic changes, etc but....

this is what I have so far. 10-14-2020

-6in BDS suspension lift

-ICON Delta joint upper control arms

-FOX 2.5 Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers

-FOX 2.0 Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks

-Fuel Assault 20X12.5

-Toyo R/T Open Country’s 35X12.5X20

-Ford Performance plugs

-SCT with 5Star custom tune

-AFE CAI

-AMS Turbo inlet tubes

-Full Race Freak O Boost intercooler

-SPD 170° thermostat

-SPD catted downpipes

-SPD turbo adapters

-4in resonator delete

-AFE 4in catback

-turbosmart supersonic blowoff valve

Now back to the beginning. 6-8-2020
Project started with a completely bone stock 2019 3.5TT Stone grey XLT crew with 20,000 miles. First added was a BDS 6in suspension lift along with Fuel Assaults in 20X12.5.

Next I wanted to start with the performance modifications. SPD turbo adapters, and catted downpipe were added. Followed by a full 4in resonator delete and AFE catback.

I went with a AFE CAI

SCT with first custom 5Star tune on 93oct

then AMS turbo tubes, and SPD 170° thermostat

Best addition by far is the Full Race relocated freak-o-boost intercooler. I’m seeing that the ecoboosts respond extremely well when addressing the high heat issues.

last week I just finished up front and rear suspension upgrades.

Any additions you think I should possibly add or swap out? What do you all think?

stop tech brakes

cervini ram air hood
head lights/tail lights/fog lights etc all LED
custom front bumper

-have to get a new bumper skin, I can only find the one I have with fog lights in chrome. I’ll have it acid dipped and then painted with primer. I want it then color matched to the truck. I think it flows so much better than most of the aftermarket bumpers.

other than that I’m not 100% certain. Maybe change out the speakers? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Any problems arise? Did you add the blow off with the intercooler?

Truck looks awesome! What happened to the running boards? Did you take them off for a reason?

waiting on amp power boards! Plus I think it looks more aggressive without the nerf bars. Personal preference I guess.

I love that lower grill. Looks so clean. Only thing stopping me is if I get stopped for no front plate.
