decided to add two sound clips of my truck. As for what exhaust it has I am not sure. Have no clue, maybe someone knows the note and can help me know what it is, it has no markings what so ever, and the muffle has no markings that i can see either. I know for sure its not stock.

here the first one is just a startup

this one is just a slow in cab rev.

well today i was in my first minor accident, the insurance will tell us who was at fault, but i believe I had the right of way, well anyways here is the aftermath, my truck didnt suffer a lot. what do you guys think, just pissed off that the lift kit is sort of bent and my insurance will not cover that. I will be needing to replace the Upper bumper valence,bumper, lower valence. As for the fender, that is okay.

do you guys think it would be a good idea to replace the lower control arm?

and here is the damage my truck did to the car. the car spilled all the anti freeze i believe and both front tires were flat out of place.

First I must say, dude(!) that car got dominated. Haha, sorry to hear about the accident, haven't been in one, but I know they are not fun to mess with. Hopefully your insurrance company will follow through, and not screw you over. If I may ask, how come they will not cover the lift kit? Can't you show them a receipt, and they will at least give you something. What about your rim? That would make me even more mad. Oh, and I thought your truck was silver? What the french toast, isn't the truck in the picture white? Last question, can you do your best to explain to me how the accident happened? I'm curious to understand how that car got smashed on the left side, and your truck got "damage" on the right.

lol my truck is silver, It just that i washed and waxed it a couple days ago. I posted a thread on the 04-08 section. it explains how the accident happened.
as for the lift kit i dont even know why they wont cover it, and for the rims im not sure if they cover that, but they only cost me about $140 each. thats the least of my worries, since it looks more like curb rash.

lol, I got some good news today from his insurance, they said he is at fault and will pay for all the damage to my truck. The truck is already being repaired and will total around $2700, $1900 worth of parts and the rest labor. Plus part of the pro comp crossmembers, both bent back a little and need to be straighten out =( And they are replacing my rim

Hey, how's it going, my pre-runner/sweet truck friend! I had a few questions for you regarding shocks, again, and I know you recommended some company to me previously in here, but was doing some other research of my own. BTW, before I go on a question-frenzy I wanted to say good to hear about the insurance fixing the truck. Alright, here we go, all concerning King Shocks;
  1. If I go with a certain grade shock in the front, say 3.0, do I have to get the same grade in the rear, or can I go with a lesser grade, say 2.5?
  2. What are the effects of not getting the same grade shocks in the front as to the rear, if there are any?
  3. How big of a difference is the tube size in the rear shocks, when comparing 2" to 3", or 3" to 4"? (I've notice an option for a larger tube)
  4. How are the nitrogen shocks different from the normal shocks, and are they worth the money?
  5. I noticed that some places sell coil springs separate from the shock, referring to front 3.0's, is this an issue besides buying the coil spring separate, or is there a reason to this?

Sorry for the list of quesitons, but I figured I would ask you, before calling for answers, or getting even more confused. I also figured you wouldn't mind a free bump on your thread (). If it helps out any, I am looking into either the 2.5 or 3.0 front shocks from King, and also the 2.5 or 3.0 rear shocks. Although I was thinking about mixing the front and rear up maybe. Thanks in advance for your help.
