Default Outlaw Project

Been a while since I owned my last F-150's but I got another one, and am starting the build.

Introducing "Outlaw" (wife named it)
2005 F-150 FX4















Starting off with new phaser, VCT selenoids, Oil pumps, chains and all that stuff. Get ti bullet proof and start building

I own a 2006 super cab stepside same color, will always have a soft spot for my first truck. Can't wait to see what you do!

Engine is tore right down. Guides are broke.



Tons of new goodies going in. This truck is gonna be a daily driver

Dorman Phasers? Poor choice. You need to do a search for all the negative comments/reviews of these.

I told him in the "what did you do to your truck today" thread. I'll post it here as well:

DO NOT USE THOSE DORMAN CAM PHASERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are junk. Trust me or do your own research. They have a very high failure rate, usually within 10k miles. Only OEM Motorcraft phasers should be used. Here is just a few examples that Dorman phasers are junk.
