Nice work Mike!
By the way, no meds here and 30 years ago a cut needing stitches would heal less than a week..not kidding. Fast forward bumped my shin on trail hitch last spring. Still looks like it happened this morning

The “very vague” instructions for this kit say to mount it off the side near the battery. I want to mount it on the firewall so I’ll check the hose lengths and if they are long enough, I’ll modify the bracket. I’m going to paint the can today and probably mount it tomorrow.

I found the video to be more helpful.

I had to put some gloves on when I was shooting the headers video because I dew a little blood. Then I reshot that part.
Thought that would not be so good to show. Sucks getting old.

Can installed!
I mounted it the location the instructions called for. It sits a little high for my liking.
I may modify the mounting bracket to lower it a little. Also did a little trimming on the engine cover so it doesn’t rub on the lines and replaced PCV valve.

I modified the bracket and dropped the tank 1.75”.
Looks a little less ridiculous now! Still has plenty of clearance to remove the tank for maintenance purposes.

Looks great Mike, wonder why they had it sitting so high.
