Took out the resonator pipe to replace it with the OEM Resonator delete pipe. While I had the pipe off I took a quick vid of the exhaust dumped right out of the Y-pipe. It was fun for the 60 seconds for the video, but after that on went the OEM Delete pipe.

The Resonator Delete doesn't make a massive difference, it is definitely SIGNIFICANTLY louder. At idle it's barely noticeable, but as you climb the rev range it increases exponentially. At WOT it almost has the same sound the SOLO kit I had on for a while, just at a lower volume. So far I like it.

Now you need to do something with your badges.

Here is what I did on my Ruby.

In my opinion, the factory black/red badges look garish on Ruby Red so I did my own.

I know, the chrome just doesn't fit. I'm gonna take off the EcoBoost badge soon too.

I'm eventually gonna get some nice PTM badges from CTS, but I think for now Imma just PD them.

Quick video highlighting the exhaust note after the resonator delete. Enjoy!

I think I'm going to PD my vents as well. I'm going to do it like the Raptor though, with the outer chrome rings done in clear PD giving it that satin look, and the vent slats in black PD.

I thought about that but I like the negative black space of the ring with the grey on the slats. I might PD the honeycomb grey to great more depth.

I just don't like looking at the inside of the vents so I think they'd look better black. The visible hinges and honeycomb grille inside looks a little cheap. I was thinking of trying to retrofit a newer 2010+ Mustang air vent into the truck, they look a little nicer.

Ya they do look pretty nice. I'm actually pretty happy with how they are now.

Just be super careful when you take the rings off... The clips break easily and if they break the ring won't seat properly and the slats turning will rub off the PD.... I broke two clips....... Gonna try to order new rings cause it rattles a every now and then...
