Thought I'd share some pics of the backup lights from our beach trip for anyone who's interested. $180 from TAP Auto is a hell of a deal.
That's our tent with a lantern on. It was pitch black btw.

And here it is with the backup lights turned on.
It's about 50-75 ft from the back of the truck to the tent. I'm standing about 6 ft behind the truck for the picture.

Couple more pics from the night before. You see the canopy? The top part is 12x12 so that should give you some scale. This was just a half hour after sunset.

Solo was too loud because I'm an old man stuck in a young man's body. I just missed the quiet of long drives. It was a great sound, just too much of it for me.
The Gibson is actually just a 3in/3.5out tip not a muffler or catback. I did cut the stock piping up to the start of the tip so the tip did actually amplify the sound a little bit but no more than maybe 15%.
Yes definitely. Stuff out there can be like quicksand in spots plus we had about 600+ lbs of gear. I went down to 25 from 37, could have gone down even more to like 17 but it didn't feel necessary. I thought they worked very well for being knobby street tires essentially. If I didn't have such a heavy foot it would have been even easier.
I've heard the beaches can be quite a mess for folks that don't air down. Been in NC 12 years and have yet to make it to the coast. Maybe this year. I didn't realize you can camp on the beach. 24 hour fishing, what more could a man ask for?
Some more pics:

Some guys that caught a little shark.
