Default Electrical Issues

After replacing an engine and changing the tranny from Auto to a 4spd, in my F350 Dually, I have had a very annoying electrical drain. I have changed and had checked, the alternator, regulator and solenoid...all are good! Yet still after a couple of days running, the battery drains to where I have to put it on a charger; if I run the headlights or heater...the battery dies within an a few hours. I have been thru every circuit, changed nothing from the way she was born as far as electrical goes, just installed a new starter cable. Any hints on where or what I need to look at to fix this? I ran a meter across each circuit in the fuse box, have no blowm fuses, all my wiring is in excellent shape...I am out of ideas and things to try...help please!!!
