Bronze is a different look than most, and would look good on a blue truck. I'm partial to the grey of course, spent a ton of time trying to find a grey wheel that "looked" like the sport wheels you have, without being the exact wheel. I'm with you on color direction, not chrome or polished, but a hint of polished in a grey or black looks good too. Looking forward to see what you decide.

This one will be for my 2016 XLT Sport Screw 4x4. After selling my 2014 FX4 while house shopping I spent about 7 months in a 2013 Mustang GT, had my fun, built the car and then sold it because I had to be back in another truck. Set out looking for a used 2015-2017 sport 4x4 in blue flame. Thankfully my wife works at a dealership and I had a few salesman on the lookout. This was traded on a Friday and I bought it on Saturday. All they did was put it through the certified pre own inspection and brought it out before it had even been cleaned up. I had not seen any pics yet so I was a little disappointed when it showed up with the Lariat PVD wheels instead of the factory sport 20's like the window sticker stated but that's easily changed.

The truck showed up with half a golden retriever still in the back floor and seat but other than that it was really clean. Didn't bother me as I detail cars on the side, I just asked that the lot boys vacuum out as much as they could.

I don't have many pics yet as it got ridiculously cold the weekend after buying the truck so it's covered in salt and ice.

Plans:
Paint correction
Remove bed decals
Removed air dam
Tint windows
Leveling Kit
Painted emblems
Wheels/Tires, 34 or 35" tires. Currently searching for factory sport 20's
Exhaust-Undecided
Headlights-Undecided. Either anzo's w/HID, custom painted factory w/ led's or full retro fit.
Tail lights-Tinted or candy red the clear/chrome strip
led's in tag lights, cargo, and reverse
Led fog lights-either Diode dynamics or XB's.
led light bar or hood mounted cubes....maybe both
Stereo-Pac kit with 7" screen, single 10" sub
Tune-Not sure from who yet
I'm sure there will be more

2.25" ready lift leveling kit will be installed next Friday to correct the horrible rake. As measured right now the rear is 2.75" higher. This will make my need for bigger tires even worse. If I can't find any sport wheels soon I will probably just throw some 35x11.50's or 295/60's on the PVD wheels and maybe "dip" them a gloss dark grey or black as a temporary solution.

Quick note: As some of you may remember or those I've kept up with during my mustang hiatus I had extensive shoulder surgery in February 17 and then was in a pretty bad car accident on duty (was t-boned) on 8/17 and tore both shoulders. Basically, my wrenching days are behind me so this build will be a lot slower than others. Happy to be back
sweet build!!!

Finally made a decision and I just couldn't pull the trigger on bronze. It looks good but I was a little worried I'd grow tired of it quickly. I went Method Con 6 in 18x9 with another set of Ridge Grapplers in 295/70's. Ordered through discount tire direct so hopefully they are here soon.

My gut says, do it!
I got tired of arguing with myself.....so this is good advice.

I like those a lot, just the bronze made me iffy.

As for wheels, I am torn on what to do. I just like these wheels as they sit flush with the fenders and would like to add a wider tire at some point and cant with factory width.
I appreciate it.

I like your wheels, they work well with your truck.

I usually beat myself up pretty good looking at wheels. The simulated bead locks and grey center cap on these wheels will break up the matte black just enough I think.

Thank you Unfortunately it'll probably be next week since they have to ship the wheels from Georgia to TX to have them mounted/balanced with sensors and then send them my way. They said 6-7 business days

Love this choice in wheels! I am tired of the Fuels and the Hostiles. They have taken over. Nice to see a wheel outside the norm!
