It looks great! I did one in each fender well and one on the angled part of the floor pan by each door....so two on each side.

Dude, don't sweat the Katzkins. It's actually pretty easy. Just take your time and watch your fingers on the seat frames...they are super sharp. Getting the old seats off are the hardest part. The new seat covers just snap right in.
The cluster looks amazing. It's so easy to change it out. Maybe 10 minutes.

Have you done the swap? I plan on just cutting the old **** off. I watched a vid of where the dude was cutting it at the seem above the J clips and then just sliding the plastic pieces out of them. I figured I should do the same as I don't plan on keeping them and it's a safe way to not break the J clips. Also stoked for the cluster swap, if all goes well it'll be here middle or end of week.

If you're not keeping the old cloth, definitely cut it just like you're talking about. That would probably save you at least and hour or more over the total job. Be careful on cutting if you have heated seats. Make sure you raise the fabric in that area and then cut The new leather snaps right back in. If you were close, I would go help you. If you have the power seats, take the buttons and trim panel off as one unit. Once the seats are out and on your work bench you should be able to access the screws holding the entire piece on. Then it's just a matter of unplugging it.
