I must admit I was privately skeptical when you said you were going to paint them, but that turned out AWESOME!

Thanks guys! Wasn't sure myself how they would all come together, but have to admit, the more I look at them, the more I like how all the blue pulls together. My old RAM was a similar blue and had the painted pillars, those were from the factory. Figured the worse that would happen is if I didn't like the look, I could go back to the black. Nice thing about some of these kind of mods, nothing permanent, which is good knowing I'll likely change my mind a lot and re-do things at some point. Such is the fun of the mods though.
It also helps to have someone like MBullock pull off such great work. I've seen crappy painted parts, got them myself just a few months ago. The right guy for the right job makes all the difference. Had I had a better installer, the process would have been even better haha!

Finally got my truck back into Discount Tire this morning. Was there right when they opened and the store manager right there to make sure this got done right. It was pretty cool to see three guys working together to make sure everything was perfect. The manager was really disappointed how things went the first go around, he wasn't going to let that happen again. Like I said, mistakes happen, it's how you fix them that makes the difference. Perfect balance, no visible weights, and much more low profile lugs. Don't think I can go much shorter than these, and they look good to me.
yeah, there is no oval on the back, took that off as I was claying and polishing the tailgate and will get the new painted one on soon enough.
