Hey BGG, I know you used some of the Maxtrac kit, but did you ever consider the whole kit, plus adding shocks such as the Fox or Bilsteins? Maxtrac has a nice looking 3/5 kit, but it is a little pricey. Thanks for any guidance!

no, I've spoken to a few people that have used the whole kit and they each complained about the flip kit and how it was not the same height on each side. I considered it....but decided against it. I really like the McGaughy's flip kit. Nice complete kit. As far as rear shocks, I'm super stocked with the Fox shocks. They did what others said they would and more. The ONLY other shocks I'd consider is a massive upgrade to the Viking . That's big money though. Lol like wise the Belltech flip is ok, but the method they use to mount the carrier bearing didn't sit well with me. McGaughy's carrier bearing mount is superior in all ways.

MaxTrac spindles are def the way to go. Let NO ONE talk you out of it! Lil more expensive but the fit and finish are worth it. Keeps everything in perfect geometry.

Okay, so the MaxTrac 3" kit for the front with Belltech struts and the McGaughys flip in the rear? I saw you added a 1" lowering shackle in the rear, so what was the McGaughys flip kit size? Also I cant find just the MaxTrac front kit separate.

The rear was a 4" flip.
Up front you just need to order the spindles and then the 1" drop coil springs. If you cant find it, lmk I have the part numbers. With the Belltech struts, leave ALL of the adjusting rings on each strut! Take none off...because you are going to be using a 1" drop coil, you MUST leave all of them on....lol just trust me!

Default New 2" Lift arrived Today....lol

So my new 2" lift kit arrived today! So excited as I have been waiting for this! I swore I would never lift my truck but times change........

Introducing my 2" lift kit for my REAR seats! lol. The extra 2" that this kit affords me will allow me to build my sub box a lil bigger for proper sound....more air space. Very well thought out system and is more for function than form but even looks great also! lol Ahhhh I know I fooled a few of you!
