Default 2011 FX4 to Raptor Conversion

Finally finished up a raptor conversion on my 2011 FX4 Supercrew 6.5 FT bed. All front end body parts are Ford OEM. The bedsides are from Fiberwerx. The suspension is all Ford OEM with the exception of Fox 3.0 Factory Series shocks front and rear. I swapped in a front torsen diff with 4.10s and had my rear gears swapped to 4.10s. Using 2" spacers in the rear to match the front track width. Plan to upgrade leaf springs to Deavers and install bumpstops in the near future.

Looks like a real raptor until you see the bed lol! Looks really sharp though!

Looks great man! So you swapped to Raptor rear axle or were the 2" spacers all that was necessary to make the wheels sit flush with the bedsides?

Thank you. Stock F150 rear and 2" spacers was enough to match the front's track width.

How do you like them? I was looking at getting the fenders and bedside. Just don't know how I feel about having the fiberglass body
