Well, I jumped the gun I guess. I got it connected now every time I try to access tune mode on the software it says "Incorrect Vehicle Response" I guess I'm just not meant to tune this truck.

friggin frustrating.

Don't give up. Sometimes you have to walk away from things and try again later.

Hey I have the linq as well on my 2011 ecoscrew just came back from the track actually :p I had the same issue with it not connecting properly. I updated it through my pc and connected it to the truck. The first almost 20 tries didn't connect so I left it plugged in and came back to it later. This time after about 30 min I noticed the Bluetooth light was blinking, which it wasnt doing previously. Tried again and bam it worked. Don't know why it decided to work then but so far so good.

Hmm you have anything else plugged in? I noticed when my phones paired to sync and the vivid it can lock up. Is your truck completely off, with the key not in the ignition when you connect?

No, I don't have Sync and I unpaired my headphones from the phone before I even connected to the Linq.

Any updates on the Vivid Linq?

Just a thought, on your bluetooth phones, did you make sure to disable other apps bluetooth functions, like pandora? i know several phones have issues with multiple apps using bluetooth the bluetooth function even if the app isn't running. (just a thought)
