Yep, you can pull it right from your email. I used to do all the time on my Mustang when it was tuned with an iTSX using my 4S.

Mines saying un supported vehicle. 2014 3.5 ecoboost. Plugged into pc and it says its its up to date, its not married. Im out of ideas lol. Sent an email in tonight to sct after hours. Any ideas?

Call them. It may take a while but the usually can make it work.
