Once again this is not an EcoBoost issue. It is a customer service and relations issue.

Mods, please chime in and let us know why the thread was closed.

Edit: Thanks bobkyle2. Who would have closed it though? Do you think the attitude was too rude or could another mod have closed it for that reason?

I will say that Ghost certainly deserves an explanation to why his thread was closed. I am a supporter of this site but I will say that I will not be renewing when it comes time. Over moderation and inability to edit post over 30 or 60 days old is the reason. This is a great forum packed with a lot of useful information, but ghost's thread being closed along with the other two issues is too much for me to support. Especially when I can get the same benefits from being a non supporter.

In Ghost's other thread, early on, I said to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt, that was when he was getting engine two put in. Now I am utterly speechless with what has happened to him. How could he not have a loaner, especially under warranty work? Can not believe Ford has not bought this vehicle back and got him in a new one! This could happen to anyone, I am thankful I have not had any issues with my truck, but feel sorry for Ghost, I hope everything gets taken care of to his complete satisfaction.

As far as the Ford rep, she keeps saying it is being worked on and taken care of, but nothing has seemed to come from her involvement. Well I guess we can safely say the thread was closed because of her, or the people bagging on her. But she has not really produced anything except to tell people it is being taken care of! Good luck Ghost!

Not to accuse ghost of lying but it is possible that the issue is being resolved and he is keeping us in the dark so we can continue to hammer Ford for this major slip up. Again, Ghost, I'm not calling you a liar but just trying to think on both sides of the scale.

I don't really know whats going on, I just happen to catch this thread. I work night shifts. And driving to work. I will find out whats going on and update this in an hour or so, when i get some time to read the reported post and what not.

But, i;ve been pulling for Ghost since day one. He even sent me pictures to my phone to post for him since Day 1.

Maybe a thread clean up?

Sorry if my thread has messed with bandwidth or brought too many new users.
... Still waiting for you to answer my PM.

No worries on the band width.

A thread closing explanation wouldn't hurt there's a lot of popcorn being made and attention on this thread.

Yep . No affiliation. Never even herd of FoMoCo requesting a Thread closure. Good luck w/ that if they did.

I still think your situation stinks Ghost. Don't get me wrong, I still think my Ford truck is better than any of what the competition has to offer, but you got the shaft with Ford's customer unservice.
You are correct. Ashley bashing.
