Nice thread! A catch-can would solve most of the oil issue. I recently (last weekend) drove to NE, and the condensation issue *may* have popped up ( I live in SW Colorado otherwise 7000ft). With the lower elevation I had major stutter under boost/load (higher boost pressure I'm guessing 2000ft). I'm waiting on the single upgrade but in the meantime I'm heading to PHX to pick up some rafts in Fountain Hills........so I'll be calling the Full-Race boys before I depart :-) Geno, I'll message you before I head down.

Im sure the Wagner is a great intercooler but for me having it moved up was a big selling point!. And the fact it shares nothing with the factory design known to have some issues. Not saying the Wagner one does!! Also that I will at some point do the winch mount

Great writeup. The oil in the CAC is troublesome, I know you said Full race was looking at a fix, are they coordinating with Ford also? Do they think its blow back?

They are thinking it's blow by completely normal on a boosted motor. But it's better to not have it going through the cooler
