Ya, my wife likes that low rpm torque.
That high revving that's needed from them big motors doesn't appeal to her. Just can't move the load as smoothly.

There was a study done that found the guys that brag are usually the small ones. You're probably driving a four banger. Besides, it's all about effective displacement.

7.0>5.0

Of course, the 5.0 guys will talk about what they can strap on so they can compete with what the 7.0 guys got from the factory...

After having the '97 with the v6 I swore I'd never have another truck with a v6. Then I bought the wife an '11 MKS w/AWD and Ecoboost---changed my mind. It's a good thing that car has AWD- you would never get any traction with just FWD.

Too bad you Eco guys seem to always go limp when things get hot and wet! No little blue pill is going to fix that!

Hey Op, doesn't this thread just like all the other which motors EB or 5.0 ? Just make you want to drink a few beers, have a couple shots of cherry vodka, and chase that with some tequila, then have a large tall glass of warm milk. That way when your through puking you will hopefully get past the bad taste this leaves in your mouth while your on your way to the Dodge dealer for your new truck! lol!
Oh and did I forget to vote, 5.0 all the way!
