2012 ecoboost cold start shutter
I have a 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost 125,000 miles. Everytime I start my truck in the morning, no matter if it is summer or winter. It shutters and rough idles for about 2 minutes till it warms up. Ive done new plugs, new coil packs, new map sensors, used CRC intake valve and turbo cleaner and I have also installed a UPR complete catch can kit. I can seem to figure out why it does it and after ive done all of this my gas mileage has gotten worse. Any suggestions please

What plugs did you use and what did you gap them at? Did you torque them properly?

11ft lbs. Easy to over torque and crack.
