Tuner Questions
#21
I have a 06 XLT 4.6 and was looking to tune or chip it. Whats the best route? Ordering pre dyno chips for my make or going to a shop and having a dyno and custom tune for my truck? Is this legit?

Thanks Everybody!

SCT Tuner or Edge Evolution
Hey guys I have a 2004 F150 with the 4.6l in it. And I am looking for a tuner that will give me better gas milage because right now I'm getting about 12 mpg with my 35s on. What would you guys suggest? Thanks

If you're just doing it for the gas mileage, I would suggest you get smaller tires and slow your speed down. If you want better power then read SinCityFX4's post above, he hit the best three options out there.

I see what you are saying...I'm also looking for a power increase as well. I would take my tires off but I just spent a crap load of money on them so I'm at least going to keep them until let wear out. If there is a tuner that can get me even 3 miles extra to the gallon that would be pretty nice. Thanks for your help.
