This post is why I didn't buy Nfabs front and rear bumpers as well. Went with fab fours instead and Lund side rails. Truth be told the Lund ones likely suck as well. I repainted them after the first winter due to some surface rust, but I got them for $50 brand new off amazon.

It's great to hear that I'm able to help people from getting screwed. You think you're getting quality because of the cost and the " 5 year warranty" but instead they stick it where the sun doesn't shine. I have to hope they read posts like this and realize it's just not right. Not sure how they sleep at night.

Hmmm. Bought a 2004 Lariat last year and the passenger side step bar had been pushed up in the front. Tried to pull it back down to no avail. Wife ( who is short) complains about the step pad is too close to the body and wants me to replace them. So I've been doing research of what to replace the factory steps with and after scrolling through THIS … I now know what brand I DONT want. Thanks for the heads up
