First time having a giant moonroof. Are people tinting this to help reduce inside temps? It gets in the 100's where i live.

I installed some metalized 35% film on my pano roof. HUGE difference.

Yes, use the best tint you can get, crystalline or ceramic. The do 70% (Windshield tint) so you can still easily see through it, it makes a good difference...I also recommend doing the windshield(it's normally not legal but a lot of people do it anyway and rarely get pulled over but I recommend checking your laws and asking people in your area about their success with it), that's the biggest culprit to the heat in your truck, I did 70% and it dropped the cabin temperature to the low 100s, I was getting closer to 120 and have seen significantly higher.

I just installed metalized 50% tint to my windshield this past weekend. Looks darker in the picture than it actually is. I have 5% limo over the rear slider and doors, 20% on the front doors and, of course, 35% on the pano roof.
