Try Camera Source, They have a great variety that integrate with your OEM touchscreen or for add-on.

How to Install a Hidden Rearview Camera for $30: 2010 Ford F-150 XLT
I decided to install a rearview camera on my truck since I am doing a lot of parallel parking now. I ordered a $30 camera from Amazon (http://amzn.to/2C32rd0) and wanted to see if this would be a possibility. For some reason I decided to take the screen apart and noticed it was super thin. With that being said, I ended up installing the screen in one of the glasses holders in the top council. Take a look at my YouTube video and let me know what you think. I always like to try to keep the truck looking as stock as possible.
Here is the link to my video:
Let me know what you think. I think it turned out really well.

Nice DIY video. I just ordered one of these. How can you go wrong with a $30 backup camera?
ETA: I don't have the console in my headliner, so I will have to find somewhere else to mount the screen. I'd like to keep it above the rear view mirror and out of the sunlight.

The screen was too big to fit above my rear view mirror, so I put it in front of the little cubby to the left of the console.
The clip is stuck to the "roof" of the cubby, and out of sight. It works pretty well here. I have to lean a little bit to see it, but I only use it when backing up, so not a big inconvenience.
I saw
on Scotty Kilmer where he found one that clips to the rear view mirror. I already bought this one or I would've tried that one.

I installed a Hopkins Smart Hitch. Super easy. No cutting or splicing of any wires. Just install the camera license plate frame. There is a inline adapter that's joins right in and run the wire. I put mine up by the review mirror.
Installed in 2013 and still works perfectly.
