Default The Light Buster, Easy Back Up Light Solution

I posted this in my Progression Thread, but it will probably be more useful here.
Well as some of you might know, I don't really like electricity, nor am I any good with it. I blacked out my tail lights, and it made it nearly impossible to see in reverse. So I wanted to install some back up auxillary lights, but wasn't too sure how to go about it. After reading countless numbers of threads (not understanding most of what I was reading), I found The Light Buster. This is a awesome product. It plugs directly into your 7pin and installation is complete. Here are a few pictures that pretty much can speak for themselves.

this is from 50ft while in Reverse with No Light (No Flash)

And this is with the Light Buster again at 50ft in Reverse (No Flash)

Here's a shot of the lights (No Flash)

And a few misc. shots

So if your looking for an alternative to hardwiring lights and all the hassle that comes along with it, this product is for you. My only concern is that since it just plugs in to my 7pin someone could easily just steal it by pulling it out. But other than that it speaks for itself.

I have one of these on my 09 and love it. The thing is bright as heck. I put some zippy ties around it so if they wanna steal it they have to work slightly harder

some thieves are down right stupid, loop a small chain around it and your hitch, and connect the chain ends with a padlock. There too dumb to know that it aint actually locking it on and they can just pull it out. atleast thats how some thieves are around here

I hope that just the majority of "thieves" don't know what it is, therefore don't even think twice by seeing it. It's a sad world that we have to lock everything up to prevent people from stealing it.

I have seen a hitch lock before and was wondering if there is a cable lock that can do the same work as a chain. Just gotta look around I guess.

As for thieves it usually evolves around the whole, I dont have so now I want it! Most of the time its crap they will never use or need but want it simply because it is there and they dont have it. So I for one will not make it any easier for them...lol.

It wasn't long ago that a man's pickup truck (particularly items left unsecured in the bed) were off limits to thieves. Almost as if it was hallowed ground... not anymore... I had a tension bar in the back I used to keep my stuff from sliding and someone stole the bar... if only I had been walking to my truck and saw someone leaning into the bed of my truck... they'd be all the way in... bound and gagged...

You'd think, but I've had one stuck in my hitch plug full time for about the last 4 years and nobody's touched it.
