Default Instrument Cluster and Speedometer Calibration Question

Hey all, I recently upgraded wheels and tires and calibrated my speedometer with the rough country speedometer calibrator. Even more recently I purchased a different instrument cluster for my F-150. Does anyone know if I have to calibrate the speedometer back to stock, install the new cluster and then re-calibrate the new cluster or can I just pop out the current cluster and pop the new one in? Wasn't sure if the actual cluster is what got programmed. Thanks for any help!

It’s a 2016. Honestly, if I have to it’s not that time consuming to redo it. Just wanted to see if I had to before I actually do since you have to put a vehicle back to stock before reusing a calibrator. Wanted to confirm before I pulled out the instrument cluster to avoid rework.
