Yes 1 tweeter and 1 mid bass.

Most only have one.

Ok, I'm either a retard, (which is highly possible) or you don't understand my point, I understand how to connect the mids cables to the crossover mids input then out thought the crossover mids output into the mids.... My point is, I don't have any dedicated tweeter speaker cable to plug into the TWEETER CROSSOVER INPUT....do I just plug the mids into the crossover mids input, and still run also two wires thru the crossover output to the tweets? Does it magically take the mids signal and separate it into highs and mids and transfer it out?

Yes. That is exactly what a crossover does.

Ok, so I'm assuming that the crossover has both inputs in case you want to bi-amp the tweets?

No, that's in case the factor HU has outputs for the tweeters separately from the 4 traditional speakers.

That's a very rare instance, I personally can't recall ever seeing one.

In any case I don't see the use for the crossover...if its got already separate inputs? That's what the crossover is supposed to do, distribute highs and lows appropriately. Idk man.

I think there can potentially be water ingress there, a concern especially where I live. Great work and thanks for taking the time and effort to share it with us.

Have a great day,

Rob.
Water ended up in the bottom of mine so I relocated.

Ive always seen tweeters with wires prewired in them, sometimes the wire is pretty short, but it's always been there. Are you saying you have just tweeters and no wires on them or coming out of them?

Yea, I checked mine after a week and noticed the screws corroding so I relocated to the inside of the door.

All I was saying is that I didnt have factory tweeters in the door, do no wires coming from the deck to the tweeters.
