Why don't you try checking with the guys who added the IPad to their dash or if you search the threads I remember a couple of guys doing this before.
There was a thread called "Interior Mods" check it out. Also a member named Mrocha85 did something like this. You might want to check with him.

Yeah I did it on my truck I had just recently sold. I used 3M matte white vinyl for mine. It was a PITA to do on my 06, took the whole dash apart literally. I believe with the 09-14 it's easier, I'll tell you once I buy mine. I would vinyl wrap it if you plan on stripping it out later and decide to sell.

I want to do the vinyl on the interior of mine, really just the door switch plates/handles and especially the steering wheel spokes like the Harley
