Default Best brush guard?

Anybody have an opinion on the best brush guard? Looks are important, but utility and places for lights are more important to me.

I should be more specific. That looks like a 2003 and earlier grill. Mine is a 2004 (non heritage).

Do you off-road? How has that guard held up for you?

Do you need a full-on brush guard, or could you get away with a light bar that won't eliminate you tow hooks?

Something like the smittybilt street bar:

Or their RPD light bar:

I didn't realize I would give up my tow hooks with a brush guard. That sucks. I wanted protection for my front end/light/etc., but not at the expense of me tow hooks. I just used them yesterday!
I guess those bull bars are all right, but I wanted a lot more coverage.

Is there any full brush guard that doesn't take up your tow hooks?

There are plenty of them. I have a Ranch Hand on mine, but you can find chaper brands like Frontier or One Source...Look at the pics on my profile and see if you like it. I install them on a regular basis here at Munday Ford, and they're not hard at all. It took me about 40 minutes...

The bottom part of the grill guard will mount to the bottom of the frame and they also come with two more brackets that mount to the front of the frame rails. 2wd's are the worst to install cuz u have to cut ur bottom fender valance.
