This is a great tonneau cover if you want to keep valuable stuff locked up in the bed of your pickup. The pickup must have a locking tailgate since the BakFlip tonneau has no lock provision of its own.

Full open. Makes the rearview mirror useless, but good for a tall long load.



One panel closed.



Two panels closed.



Tailgate closed and locked.



Last panel closed and locked in place.



Cargo is locked and secure.

I should have gone to their website. They sell direct. I could have saved $50 that way. I bought it from a local pickup specialties dealer.

I have the BakFlip on my Platinum and love it. I have had it for 8 months and the rails just started to come out of alignment. Sometimes I will have to tap down on the seams to lock it down. This is the only issue I have ever had. It has never had water get in it. Great investment!

I've documented my love of the Bakflip here and elsewhere before. Their newer models are even better and for me their customer service is #1! My original was blown off my truck (quite a story) but Bakflip never blinked. Out of warranty and not their fault, yet they gave me a new model replacement for shipping costs.
