I didn't get that adapter. The one I got was for a satellite radio. You get your response on here or through an email? I still haven't received any response. And you're right. I need to invest in an micro SD reader.

No reply today yet. Will keep everyone posted. They did give me some answers they worked I now have working internet.

It would seem Sundaybuy have gone back on holidays or something. After one email reply Mon I have sent two response that have remained unanswered. They did reply on this forum once lets try again.

2)I have a hot spot phone my tablet connects perfectly in the truck so I know it is working. When I go to the connect WiFi and try to link to my phone it can not see it. I paid extra for internet access. What do I do to fix this?
Re:Which cable you connect wifi dongle ? You should plug it with the white USB cable which write "3G/wifi".Then please go to internet option of car radio ,search wifi and input the pass word

3) There are two USB type cables and two ports on the back of the unit. USB and 3G can you tell me what these are for and how I use them? Attached are the pics of the two cables.
Re:Black USB cable is used for normal USB port,white USB cable is used to connect with wifi dongle or 3G modem

4) Can you also provide better operating instructions for the radio. What does LOC, AST, RDS, ST and the <<, >> supposed to do? How do you manually tune in a station and store it?
Re:you can check these in user manual,didn't you find them ? RDS is used for Europe,you can ignore it

5) I have found the input for AUX 1 Can you please tell me where AUX 2 input is.

6) The audio input jack next to the Cigarette lighter no longer works should it? is there something I need to do?

7) I selected every option the unit I purchased but the unit has no DTV inputs both of the input points just have a plastic plug. Can you provide the module that should be installed for this option.
ReTV is optional.And this unit hasn't ATSC optional,maybe you can buy ATSC receiver box in USA market.

1) Can you just send me all the files ZIP and I can put them on the SD card I have.
2) Thank you that worked. I did not know what the dongle was for or where to put it.

4) Found the user manual. I had put the remote aside and now have that and the manual. All good
5) I will not be able to check again until the weekend. I did try all the cables I could find. I will check again.
6) Picture attached please advise how to reconnect it.
7) I thought I bought the DTV option. Oh well buyer beware.

New items:
8) I never received the backup camera can you please send new one.
9) The antenna adapter cable has a short in it. I can not get it to work and I have tested it. Please send new with camera.
10) Please send new SD card with Canada/North America on it. If the files you send me do not work it will help.
11) I went to the web site naviextras.com. They ask for a make and model of the GPS. What do we put for the answer to get upgrades in the future?

Hey Merf,

I'm still not getting a response from them. What email address are you using. I try to contact them through their website but it gives me an error message every time I try to send a message. I was able to get a response through the initial sales email however they are no longer responding to that. I have PM'd Sundaybuy on here numerous times and I am not getting a response. This is very frustrating!

If you look back through this thread its on the first page. They replied to my post saying prove I bought there unit and said use the following address for help support@sundaybuy.com you will also see I copied and pasted there original confirmation email that says if you have problems email service@sundaybuy.com. I got there second response from sales@sundaybuy.com. So now I put all 3 addresses in the send to:
Going to try again tonite as it will be Fri there the last day of another week.
Keep intouch and let me know how it goes.

Some good news. The company has responded and is sending the camera and the maps ya. Still wait for them to tell me the the answer to my quetion
