I have just bouhgt a F150 2010 XLT Supercab 4x4. Very nice truck but I would like a few more features. First thing I am looking at is replacing the stereo system with a full featured one. I am looking at a unit straight from HK thanks to 93Cobra#2771 who did a great job documenting and describing his upgrade.

Started my install
Failing any feed back and seeing 93Cobra's posting I decided to take the plundge and do the same install. I will post as things progress and see how it goes. I ordered what I thought was every option I could get as well as a backup camera and wireless interface. Forward recording camera. I also bought three other products from the same supplier.
1) A set of orange tools for taking dashes and pannels appart $5 well spent
2) A backup warning alarm I plan to install on the front of the truck as I am enjoying having that extra layer of protection on the rear.
3) Wirless ket for the backup camera.
So step A the package arrived. No back up camera. I did get the wireless kit two install it just no camera.

Problems with the unit that requires Sundaybuy assistance
1)GPS is Europe I am in CANADA. please provide North American maps.
2)I have a hot spot phone my tablet connects perfectly in the truck so I know it is working. When I go to the connect WiFi and try to link to my phone it can not see it. I paid extra for internet access. What do I do to fix this?
3) There are two USB type cables and two ports on the back of the unit. USB and 3G can you tell me what these are for and how I use them? Attached are the pics of the two cables.
4) Can you also provide better operating instructions for the radio. What does LOC, AST, RDS, ST and the <<, >> supposed to do? How do you manually tune in a station and store it?
5) I have found the input for AUX 1 Can you please tell me where AUX 2 input is.
6) The audio input jack next to the Cigarette lighter no longer works should it? is there something I need to do?
7) I selected every option the unit I purchased but the unit has no DTV inputs both of the input points just have a plastic plug. Can you provide the module that should be installed for this option.
regards Merf

I have been trying to get a response through email and have received no reply in two weeks and 5 emails. I received a message on the Ford F150 forum telling me to send to a new email address. I am trying to install one of your units in my 2010 F150 and I am having the following problems.
1)GPS is Europe I am in CANADA. please provide North American maps.

I might be able to help with a couple of these.
1) Go into the setttings and look for an .exe. file for iGo and that should be the right file for North american nav, will try to get a picture of the screen with the file after work.
2) No clue, sorry.
3) The one that isn't for 3G you can hook up a flash drive or portable hard drive and it'll play music straight from it (haven't tried movies yet but I think it'll play those as well) some how it also lets you transfer files to the head unit also.
4) In the thicker manual it talks about this (kinda) RDS is for european cars only, the others are various search functions. The easiest way I've found to tune in frequencies is to touch the station number when in the radio function and it should pop up a number keypad where you can manually put in the frequency, otherwise press the double arrow keys to move up and down through the frequencies. To preset stations, with the station desired playing, go to the list (I think, whatever sends you to the list of presets) and once there push and hold down the preset number you want that station at, should program in a couple seconds.
No clue on the rest of your questions, sorry. Hope that helped at least a little.
