Default 2 inch leveling kit on PowerBoost

Hi guys, looking to put 285/60R20 BFG KO2 with a 2 inch leveling kit (Ready Lift) on my 2021 XLT PowerBoost. Has anyone encountered issues on install with the hybrid system? Read some negative reviews about difficulty installing on the passenger side. I won't be doing the install, will have a local shop do it. Thanks.

nice truck. hope it goes smooth. I too have a PB and will be looking to mod it a bit in the next year. Not sure about leveling but a shock upgrade and putting a 275/70/18 AT on it. Already put a retrax cover and bedbug. I plan on either load bars with a basket/bike rack on the RetraxPRO or a rack like a kbvoodoo. but that's all next year stuff.

Thanks man. 275/70R18 sounds like it's right in the sweet spot. A bit taller, more sidewall but likely don't need a leveling kit. I feel the PB is largely untested for mods. I've heard of ppl getting error messages after leveling. Also would like to keep the gas savings which won't be as great if I level it. Good luck with your mods.

Yeah, I like the gas savings especially since I drive lots of city miles-The stop and go is nice to have the hybrid with a soft foot. But all of that HP and torque is fun to drive. I have to believe that picking up the front end with impact that MPG. Looking at the bumpers with how the gap is filled, the lean profile on the step rails, the bed rails in how they taper front to back and that little wind block diverter thing infant of the rear tire all designed to move air in the right direction to reduce drag. Heck just putting the retrax on it increased drag I can feel it driving-slightly. I love my truck but I am eager to see where the hybrid/EV goes in the next couple of years. Maybe 30+ MPG and 500HP??? and under 50K??? I know pipe dreams.

Surprised by this comment, never had an issue with adding a cover to the bed of the pickup.

I finally got it done. 285/60R20 BFG KO2s on 20 inch Fuel Vapors (+2 offset) with 2" Ready Lift leveling kit. Decent amount of poke. No issues installing on the Powerboost.

Hows the ride quality been for you? I had the ready lift 2.0 level and Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x11.5x20 on stock 20's installed today. Fairly impressed with the ride quality, but I am hearing a clunk on the left side when going over a bump and the acceleration has suffered significantly. But I have no regrets!

Your truck looks great. I had to do some very minor trimming only because of the +2 offset. Fuel economy has taken a hit but that's to be expected. No regrets either!
