Default 10' RF P1 Subs

I recently added two 10'' Rockford Fosgate P1 subs to my 2000 F150. I have a standard cab. I had to take out the storage compartment from behind the seat. I can let my seat all the way back and it just barely clears the speakers. I will try to post some pics when I get it all cleaned up. Here are the three things I bought to install it.

Speaker box:

130$
If I had to do it again I would build my own speaker box. After getting this one I saw that it wouldn't be that hard and I could have customized it more to my liking. I do have a problem with this box and the company. I emailed this company and told them what type of amp I was buying. I asked them if this amp would mount in between the speakers and they said it would. Well it wouldn't, so I had to mount the amp under the seat. Plus, there is a bolt that comes up in the middle area. They had no hole cut out for this bolt, so I had to measure and drill a hole here. The box sounds good, but for the money, I would build my own.

Amp:

130$
This amp is almost perfect for the speakers I bought. It pushes them hard, but it starts clipping at the point that I think the speakers are being pushed. I also got the remote level bass control. This is a big plus that I would recommend to anyone with an amp. Nice, clean sounding amp with good features.

Speakers:

80$
I got these speakers for 80 dollars for the pair. In my opinion that is a great price. These are definitely not competition worthy speakers, but they are great for listening to music. I mostly listen to metal and it has more than enough bass for that. I can also thump pretty hard with some bassy rap. It won't be heard two blocks away, but it will make the truck rattle. If you want some thump and don't have much space or money then these will work great.
