My dealer is 2 hours from where I live. I have spoken on the phone several times and they promise it is there. Ford Service is saying it is not. I just cannot get them to call the dealer or vice versa. It may be just confusion on VOC versus an actual order. Is there a number where I can call Ford Service? Just wondering. I appreciate the input. God Bless.

Just checked and no ETA to dealer yet.

 

I just got home from the dealer and placed my order and they said about 8 weeks!

 

I hope they're right.

I am thoroughly impressed. You just placed the order and they gave you an eight-week lead time. I placed my order on August 17th and I still have no VIN much less an ETA.

 

From Ford Service today:

"I'm not showing an ETA to your dealer at this time. While your vehicle has finished production, it’s still showing as “In Production.” This may be due to additional quality checks. I recommend checking back in next week for another update!"

 

I placed my order last week. Was told 3 months. I'm fine with that. I waited 5 months for my last truck.

 

I don't know what's worse...... having no movement in the order at all or having it built and it's just sitting in Dearborn
