I thought I would start this thread so people could come here to get answers about the app. My truck was built on 12/3 and I still haven't been able to sync it and it is to be delivered on Monday. I've read where others have synced in a couple of days. Here are a few photos of the app and the problem I am having. If anyone can shed light on the issue, I would appreciate it. Add any other info that may be helpful to others.
There are random errors that pop up with the app but generally speaking you need to be physically present at the vehicle to confirm the synch with the app.
You're trying to sync with a vehicle that is not present and that you don't legally own yet, and wondering why you cannot? If Ford allowed people to just add VINs to an app and sync with vehicles like that, it would be sort of a big breach of security, no?

Anybody else having issues activating their Raptor? I keep getting this screen.... chatted with a FordPass tech and she had me log out, reload my VIN and try it again. That didn't work so she went to her supervisor and he said that it is a known issue that they are working on. He said give them 2 or 3 days to fix it, then try again. Frustrating.....
