Has anyone been able to get a custom ordered one at a dealership? If so which one? We’re in NWFL. Dealerships near us said they won’t do it and never will.

 

Huh? Never heard of such a thing. I have one on order and my custom ordered Bronco Badlands is due in late December. The Raptor is a mid February build. In the upper midwest I am pretty sure you can do this at any dealership for 2022's. (assuming they will have alocations). You can build it on the Ford website and assign the build to a dealer. I would stay far away from the dealer you mentioned if they don't do that.

 

Then, he said that if we get a new one they’d mark it up by 30K and need a 740-950 credit score to get approved and tried to sell us a used 2018 with 60k miles. Lol. I texted a salesman from another dealership and he said ordering is available but not yet for 2022, he said he’d find out the deposit and dates on Monday.

 

The 2022 F150/Raptor order banks opened on about 10/1. Production for the 2022s is scheduled to start 11/29. I ordered one about 3 weeks ago. No Vin/production date yet. Guessing mine will be produced sometime in January...

which dealership did you speak with? Online on the ford website you can only build a 21’ raptor

 

I spoke with 2 different dealerships the first week in October. Either of them were able to order a 2022 Raptor for me at that time...

That always happens. It will probably be several months before the 2022 Build And Price site goes live.

 

You mean order a raptor with the options you want? Every dealership that I spoke to said if they have an allocation will allow you to select any feature that you can get for a Raptor. Your dealer just does not want to commit to you because they don't have the allocations
