Default Rods and Pistons

I got a really good deal on a 5.4 engine and trans that I will be rebuilding and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what rods and pistons to use. Im looking for aftermarket ones. I've searched online and havent really found anything except for Manley and Mahle brands. I saw some stuff about Keith Black but nothing really saying they were good/not good.

Anyone have any suggestions or have experience using aftermarket ones?

highly doubt they will have personal experience with aftermarket pistons for an f150, which i believe lowered4life was asking for, not just what will work with that truck....
