Default NEWBIE please help!!!

What's up ppl!! I appreciate your help before hand!
I have an 88 f150 4x4. It was parked and only started for a couple of minutes every two weeks or so for over a year. Now it will start fine but,
idles real rough and turs off as soon as it warms up. Also, I cant give it any gas or it will turn off. If I put some gas through the throttle body it fires right up and I can accelerate for two seconds. This is what I've done so far:

- new fuel pump in center tank
- new filter
- pump on rail works fine
- new egr sensor (just sensor)

I removed the smog pump (just the pulley) because it was shot after sitting for a year. Could that have something to do with it?
The little hose that goes to the fuel pressure regulator has no vaccum, maybe is that???

Removing the pulley won't affect the running like that. The fuel pressure regulator should have vacuum to it. There probably a vacuum leak somewhere. check all the hoses even the brake booster.
