my truck has an annoying engine tick to it, i dont hear it at idle but when i press the gas pedal i do, and the harder i press the pedal its almost like the louder it gets, i just got my manifold studs replaced so it aint that, im thinking an belt tensioner but not sure,

my trucks a 2000 with 5.4 and 120k miles, oh and it does not matter what the temp is
