5.4 Cold Starting Rough
Hey guys,
I just bought my F150 (1997 4x4 with tow package) on Saturday and started it several times that day (showing it off to friends and family) it started just fine with no issues. It was also warm (In the upper 30's low 40's). These past couple of days I've been starting it up to go to work in the morning (temps in the low teens to single digits) and it coughs and sputters and sometimes stalls. I try again and give it some gas and hold it there for a minute it's fine. All the way to work it's fine and generally once it warms up it's fine. Anti-Freeze is good and full. I don't know what else to check. Thermostat maybe? New to Fords and new to trucks so sorry if this is a dumb question.
Thanks!
