Alternator charge?
I brought my 2016 XLT in to the dealer because the battery at times was so low it would barely start. The alternator only charges at 14.2 V when the truck is at high idle (cold), so I asked them to check it out. They came back with a failed AGM battery and replaced it. The battery still not charging proper and still low at times indicated by the key chime coming from a tiny speaker and not thru the sound system. What voltage are y'all running at the battery when the truck is warmed up and running low idle???
My voltage at low idle is 12.7V this seems awful low to charge a battery, compared with other vehicles I've checked.
