Looking for cheap bed cover

If in northern Cali I'm looking for a cheap bed cover. Plastic, hard, vinyl. Let me know

I'm planning a trip to the Midwest in February. I'll be taking I-80 through Iowa. Are you anywhere near I-80. Is the cover white?
