i just sold mine. It was a 06 f150 with everything you listed plus nav and front / back cams and some other stuff i only got 17k and kept my tires and rims
my advice is switch out what ever you can then sell the truck

Old man just traded in a pretty clean '06 F150 Lariat, 4x4, 6.5', 5.4L with 103,000 miles for a new F350. Its currently listed on the dealer lot for $18,995. Just a reference point for you. Havn't paid attention much on lots but their are a lot of super short beds out there, and when the guy doing the numbers at the dealership found out it was a 6.5 bed it brought the price up a bit. Personally all of your add-ons mean nothing to me when I'm looking at a 'new to me' truck. I'd be asking if all the stock pieces come with it. The suspension and tires will discorage a lot of people. Flexing photos are an instant turnoff for myself. I'm usually looking for the older gentlmen, well maintained, very stock. When I sold my last truck I pulled everything out (will buy another one sometime that will fit everything I put on). Just something to ponder if and when you decide to sell it.

Thanks guys someone offered me 24,000. I have more in it than that and it seems to be worth more than that Kelly bluebook is 24,500 Private party. I know that is probably not possible but $24,500 plus what I have in the truck comes out to 29,000. So in a perfect world I would probably want $27,500
