I'm looking to get some Chrome XLT mirrors for my 02 XL. That's how she sits now and will have a chrome rear bumper after Christmas. And front bumper soon after that.

 

It's surely a step up. What was the main selling feature?

 

Never been a fan of XL mirrors, gonna be a big improvement

 

IMO id leave the back bumper white and just add a chrome front one

 

Get PTM mirror caps, they look a bit cleaner

 

Well I got I had my friend bump me a little a few weeks ago and being 17 not having full coverage. We also didnt file police report. So my parents are getting it for me since it's bent.

 

Where could I find them at?

 

Either do them yourself or find a wrecked one

 

I bought my set of chrome caps off Amazon. They were about 40 shipped to me. I like the way they fit the XLT power mirrors. I don't know if I've ever seen the chrome caps for the XL non power mirrors tho. You may to do some extra looking for that. It might be easier to go to the wrecking yard and find 2 power mirror or even go the F250 style 2 post mirrors. Either way, it will improve your trucks overall look.
